Vivo Y36 4G spotted on Bluetooth SIG certification: Likely specs and more


Vivo Y36 is reportedly in the works. The company is working on adding other smartphones under its Y-series of smartphones. Vivo Y36 4G will succeed the Vivo Y35, launched in August 2022. While we await an official announcement, the device has been listed on the Bluetooth SIG certification revealing some key details.


In a recent development, Vivo Y36 4G has bagged the Bluetooth SIG certification. The smartphone has been listed on the certification website bearing V2247 as the model number, reported Gizmochina. As per the listing, the smartphone is expected to come with Bluetooth 5.0 support.

Last week, Vivo Y36 4G was also spotted on the Geekbench platform, revealing some of its key details. The Vivo Y36 4G scored 410 and 1,343 points in the benchmark platform’s single-core and multi-core test results respectively.

Based on the listing, it is expected that Vivo Y36 4G would feature a 6.8-inch LCD display. The smartphone is rumoured to be powered by the Snapdragon 680 processor. The device is likely to feature 8GB RAM coupled with virtual 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. The smartphone is expected to run Android 13 operating system out of the box.

Vivo Y36 4G is tipped to sport a 50MP primary camera. The smartphone is expected to be backed by a 5000mAh battery with 44W charging support.

Vivo Y36 4G: Likely price


Vivo is yet to reveal the pricing and specifications of the smartphone but rumours peg the pricing to be between Rs 18,000 – Rs 20,000.

Meanwhile, Vivo has also expanded its flagship smartphone lineup with the launch of Vivo X90 and Vivo X90 Pro in India. The smartphones are available at a starting price of Rs 59,999 and Rs 84,999 respectively.
