The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the admit card for the National Defence Academy (NDA) and Naval Academy (NA) Examination (I), 2023. Candidates who have applied for the exam can download their admit card from the official website of UPSC, www.upsc.gov.in.
The NDA and NA Examination (I) 2023 will be conducted on April 23, 2023, for admission to the Army, Navy and Air Force wings of the NDA for the 149th Course and for the 111th Indian Naval Academy Course (INAC) commencing from January 2024.
Steps to Download the Admit Card
To download the admit card, candidates can follow the steps given below:
Step 1: Visit the official website of UPSC at www.upsc.gov.in.
Step 2: Click on the “Admit Card” link available on the home page.
Step 3: A new page will open. Click on the link “e-Admit Card – National Defence Academy and Naval Academy Examination (I), 2023”.
Step 4: Enter your registration ID or roll number and date of birth.
Step 5: Click on the “Submit” button.
Step 6: The admit card will be displayed on the screen. Download and take a printout of the same.
It is important to note that candidates should bring the admit card to the examination centre, along with a valid photo ID proof. Candidates without the admit card will not be allowed to appear for the exam.
The NDA and NA Examination (I) 2023 will be held at various centres across the country. The exam will consist of two papers – Mathematics and General Ability Test (GAT). The Mathematics paper will be of 300 marks and the GAT paper will be of 600 marks.
Candidates who qualify in the written examination will be called for an interview by the Services Selection Board (SSB). The final selection will be made based on the candidate’s performance in the written examination and interview.
Candidates who have applied for the NDA and NA Examination (I), 2023, should download their admit card from the official website of UPSC and take a printout of the same.
