By India Today Education Desk: The exam conducting body, Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will end the application process for SSC CGL 2023 today, May 3, 2023, on the official website. Today is the last date to apply for the Combined Graduate Level Examination. This recruitment drive will fill up to 7,500 vacancies within the organisation.

Payment generation of offline challenges is due by May 4, 2023, at 11 pm. In addition, the Commission will open the application correction window from May 7 to 8, 2023. The SSC CGL 2023 exam will be conducted in two phases – the tier 1 exam will be held in July 2023, and the tier 2 exam will not be held until later that year.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

In addition to a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university, applicants must be at least 25 years old. CGL 2023 is conducted to fill up various Group ‘B’ and Group ‘C’ posts in different Ministries/ Departments/ Organisations of the Government of India.

For CGL 2023, the minimum age limit is 18 years, and the maximum age limit varies by post.

Further, candidates must be Indian citizens or subjects of Nepal, Bhutan, or Tibetan refugees who came to India before 1st January 1962.
