Karnataka polls: Is Muslim quota being used as a political weapon?

As the BJP government defended its decision of scrapping four per cent quota for Muslims in Karnataka , the Supreme Court today said Karnataka’s earlier regime granting four per cent reservation to Muslims will continue to hold the field till May 9. And the apex court will hear the batch of petitions on the eve of the polling on May 10.
