Google Pixel Fold, Pixel 7a, Realme 11 Series Among Phones That Could Debut This Month Full List Here

THE MONTH of April witnessed compelling launches from top smartphone companies in India. While it was an exciting month in the tech market as we witnessed the flagship Vivo X 90 series, May will be even more fun as Google could unveil its first foldable – Pixel Fold and the pocket-friendly Pixel 7a.

Other than Google, Samsung, POCO and Realme could unveil their smartphone handsets this month. Samsung could announce the Galaxy F54. POCO will bring the POCO F5 to India. Realme will announce its 11 series in China. To simplify the timeline, here is a detailed break up of the mobiles that will likely debut this month.

Google Pixel Fold and Pixel 7a

The search giant will likely announce the Pixel Fold and the economical Pixel 7a this month in the Google I/O event on May 10. The Fold handset is tipped to come with a 7.6-inch OLED 120Hz main screen, Tensor G2 chip, Android 13 and 48MP + 10.8MP + 10.8 MP back cameras. It will likely be available at $ 1,799 (over Rs 1,47,000).

On the other hand, the Pixel 7a could have an OLED 90Hz display, Tensor G2, 4,410mAh battery and 64MP + 12MP back cameras.

Realme 11 Pro+ and 11 Pro

The latest number series from the Chinese smartphone maker will launch in the homeland this month. Realme 11 Pro+ could reportedly come with a curved display, Dimensity 7000, Realme UI 4.0, 5000mAh battery and 200MP + 8MP + 2MP rear optics. As per MySmartPrice, the handsets could debut on May 10.

The newest ‘F’ series handset from POCO will debut on May 9. POCO F5 is confirmed to have a Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 chip for performance.

Samsung Galaxy F54 5G

Reports hinted at the launch of the Samsung Galaxy F54 5G in April. However, that did not bore fruits. However, as per HT Tech, the rebranded model of the Galaxy M54 could debut in India this month. It may come with an AMOLED 120Hz panel, Exynos 1380 chip, 6000mAh battery and a 108MP + 8MP + 2MP back camera setup.
