In the first set of answer keys, which were released on June 29, a total of 155 questions were dropped from the provisional answer key — from all shifts of the exam. However, as students and experts started checking the answer keys, the complaints of wrong answers started increasing.
Students and experts took to social media to complain about the numerous incorrect answers in the provisional answer keys. Reacting to these complaints, the NTA has now released revised provisional answer keys with the correct answers.
The Agency has already replaced answer keys for Business Studies, Accountancy and dome shifts of the Hindi exam. We had nearly 7.5 lakh answer keys, so considering the time constraint and the quantity, some errors can take place. But we made sure that those were corrected,” a senior NTA official told indianexpress.com.
